Via website forms (contact, property search, valuation request): first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, property search criteria (property type, region, budget, surface area), free text message.
Via browsing: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration (via server logs). No third-party advertising tracking cookies are used.
3. Purposes of processing
Data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- — Responding to your information or contact requests;
- — Providing you with a selection of properties matching your criteria;
- — Providing you with a property valuation;
- — Ensuring the technical operation of the website.
We never sell, share or rent your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent given when submitting a form, as well as on our legitimate interest in providing you with the requested property services, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Your data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- — Contact requests: 2 years from your last interaction;
- — Browsing data: maximum 12 months.
Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.

Your data is hosted on a server located in France (OVH SAS, Roubaix). This transfer is governed by adequate safeguards in accordance with the FADP.
Our e-mail sending service is provided by Resend (Resend Inc., United States). E-mails transmitted contain only the data you voluntarily submitted via our forms.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. The version in force is the one displayed on this page with its update date.
