Thanks to years of privileged relationships with owners, notaries and peers, Bellerive Properties has access to an off-market network covering Cologny, Vandœuvres, Nyon, Rolle and the Vaud Riviera on the Geneva side, as well as Lausanne, Pully, Lutry, Vevey, Montreux and the shores of Lake Geneva. These properties are never listed: they are offered first to buyers (local residents, expats or international buyers) within our network.
